About Charlie
I am Charlie Stewart. I am a qualified PT, world champion deadlift champion (British Powerlifting Federation) and a person with a great passion for fitness and health. I have experience with working with everyday gym goers as well as athletes working their way towards a Commonwealth Games. All I ask from you is that you are willing to listen and learn because fitness and performance is all a journey
