About Scott
Hello! I'm Scott and I'm an actor and writer originally from Scotland, now based in London.
I trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and with the Traverse Theatre in their young writer's programme, and since graduating have went on to be involved in numerous project both on and behind the scenes.
It's not often people can make their passion into a career and I know first hand how much pressure people can put on themselves to try and make that happen so I want to create a platform where its not just about acquiring knowledge but empowering the person to be as confident and comfortable within their craft as possible, ensuring they're ready for whatever situation is thrust upon them.

Approach to Tutoring:
I believe in creating a dynamic yet relaxed learning environment tailored to each person's unique needs and learning style. My aim is to make our sessions have a collaborative and interactive atmosphere, as well as a space to try out new things and have fun!
Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
My teaching methodology combines traditional and modern techniques to cater to you.
Together we will analyse text, character arcs/motivations and your mindset towards auditioning.
We'll combine your natural instincts as well as traditional Stanislavskian techniques in an interactive format and make complex concepts accessible and enjoyable, making you feel at ease and confident whenever you walk into an audition room.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
Each lesson is designed to be a focused and productive session, typically lasting 60 minutes. This duration allows for in-depth exploration of topics, ample time for questions, and ensures a balanced and effective learning experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama .
Additionally, I studied with the Traverse Theatre's Young Writer's group and have been involved in BAFTA winning films and award nominated theatre productions.
Who Are My Lessons For:
People looking to get into drama school, actors looking for assistance in audition preparation or anyone who has a passion for learning wanting to brush up on their acting technique.
