About Sydney
As a strength coach for the Navy, I use exercise science every day to confront real challenges in the military. I work with special operators, paraplegics, and training for combat readiness. As I double by being a professional athlete, I also have the exposure to the best sports scientists in the world which makes my learning never ending.
