About Sophie
I have been teaching in my family's business since I was 17, and even at University I commuted back to continue my lessons. My relatively young age has never been a factor in how my students perceive me, as my knowledge speaks for itself. I'm dedicated to getting the best out of my students, to whatever level they are capable of. I have additional online diplomas, taking on what interests me, and am currently working on writing my own book.

I teach for a living at the moment to people of all ages, so I am a good communicator and am also very adaptable. Learning happens in different ways so we can create visual resources, have written content, or work strictly verbally. I aim to find a format that gains the most success for the individual. When working 1 on 1, I tend to keep my lessons shorter (30-45 mins) so as not to push too much at once and retain a good level of focus. I am capable of teaching GCSE and A Level students, as I am very familiar with the format, or anyone younger as well.
