About Matthew
I make sure to carefully explain and break down content in a palatable way because many students can be overwhelmed by the sheer amount that history has to offer and the many complex relationships. Part of my job is alleviating that intimidation by breaking down each unit and dissecting it piece by piece with students. I try and bring a healthy amount of energetic enthusiasm while making questions/content relevant to students which helps tremendously in their retention of information. I value independent practice work in order to maintain consistency and promote diligent work habits. Lastly, I cater to the cognitive needs of all students
