About Kelsey
Hi, I’m Kelsey. I’ve always had a love for writing and education, and over the years, I’ve developed a strong ability to give clear, constructive feedback that helps others improve—not just their writing, but their confidence too. I know how stressful academic writing can feel, especially when you're trying to meet strict guidelines while maintaining your voice. I want to help make that process easier. My goal is to support students in strengthening their writing skills so that their ideas come through clearly and effectively, whether it’s an essay, case study, report, personal statement or dissertation. I’ve worked in various roles where strong communication and attention to detail were key, and I genuinely enjoy helping people express themselves better on paper. I take a thoughtful, practical approach and focus on making feedback useful, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I’d love to help you build your writing skills in a way that feels empowering and achievable.

It's not just the content, it's the quality! I help students win back their marks by helping them improve their academic writing tasks and teaching them invaluable academic writing skills they can carry with them throughout their higher education and their careers. I offer 30 minute and 60 minute lessons (depending on the length of the task and help required) to High School and University Students. My lessons include: - guidance and preparation for a new writing assessment - reading over a writing assessment draft and providing feedback for areas requiring improvement - tutoring in academic language and grammar - tutoring in task type writing structural requirements (e.g. essay vs case study) After getting my English Degree, I taught English in South Korea for 3 years, and have worked as a Writing Feedback Specialist since 2020.
