Every individual is different and it is essential to tailor my approach to suit each individual's learning style. I like to get to know the individual first to understand where there strengths are and what they enjoy before going into areas they are struggling with. Once we have established the areas where the individual is struggling we would work on defining goals to work towards. Each lesson will be spent working towards the goals that have been defined.
