About Andrea
I have been in the corporate world for 12 years and am currently working for one of the largest Fortune 500 e-commerce companies. When I'm not working, I love to read, and I am currently applying for PhD programs. Throughout my career, I have always helped with development, and some say it's a strong passion of mine. Something that is different beyond having my educational credentials can also help with interviewing and resume skills.

My approach is understanding what a student understands and assessing where I can help expand knowledge.
After understanding the goals that are being set, whether it's for an exam or course, each lesson will follow a similar model.
Outline Goals Together.
Next, let's work on data touchpoints.
Wall through each session's lesson plan.
The first session will be a mini-lesson.
Practice the concept.
End of session assessment.
Each session builds on the previous one. It's important to understand the goals you wish to achieve from each session. I really like to hear from students and have them try to apply the methods rather than just giving the answer right away.
