About Mark

I am a Glasgow Caledonian graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing (Web Systems Development) and 2 years experience in tutoring at the same university. During this time I have also been involved with drop in sessions for students resitting exams or projects.

Throughout my time there I have taken classes of up to 50 first/second year students. Many of them receiving excellent grades and able to move onto the following year. Several passed along some comments stating they were thankful for my guidance which was essential in them getting their desired marks.

About the lesson

Each topic is approached via a thorough look at the tasks that students have to do for each week, followed by preparation of answers to questions they may have.

If the students are unsure of what is required then I request for all of their attention at the front of the room to notify them of their tasks, and update them on any future projects.

Normally expect students to keep as quiet as possible to let others work without any distractions, with the exception of group based meetings where they converse with one another.
