About Anya
I’m a Medicine student with a background in Biomedical Science, and I’ve always loved sharing what I know with others. I got top grades in both Maths and Biology at GCSE and A level, and I want to use that experience to help students who might be finding these subjects tough. I enjoy teaching because it gives me the chance to make tricky topics feel more manageable and to see students grow in confidence. My goal is to create a supportive environment where learning feels less stressful and more rewarding.

I achieved an 8 in both GCSE Maths and Biology, as well as an A* in A level Maths and an A in A level Biology. I’m now studying Medicine at university, having also completed a degree in Biomedical Science. With this background, I have a strong grasp of both Maths and Biology, and I know how to explain challenging topics in a clear and approachable way. Having been through GCSEs and A levels myself, I understand what examiners are looking for and where students often struggle. I offer patient, supportive tutoring tailored to each student’s needs, whether that’s building confidence, improving exam technique, or mastering tricky concepts.
