1:1 Academic Coaching – Services & Policies
Scope of Services
One-on-one academic coaching provides individualized learning support informed by my background in clinical psychology. Services may include:
- Academic instruction and skill-building
- Support with routines, organization, and task initiation
- Strategies for attention, motivation, and emotional regulation
- Review of psychoeducational or psychological evaluations for educational planning (with parental consent)
- Parent communication and limited school coordination

1:1 Homeschool Academic Coaching – Monthly Package (2x/week)
Virtual: $1,120/month
In-Person: $1,200/month + $10 mileage fee (up to 10 miles; longer distances priced separately)
• Billed monthly in advance
• Minimum commitment: 1 month
• No refunds for missed sessions
• One missed session per month may be made up if scheduled within the same month

️ 1:1 Homeschool Academic Coaching – Hourly/Flexible
Virtual: $140/hour
In-Person: $150/hour + $10 mileage fee (up to 10 miles; longer distances priced separately)
• 2 sessions per week recommended
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the hourly rate

Billing & Policies
• Monthly packages are billed in advance and must be paid before the first session of each month
• Hourly sessions are billed biweekly
• Sessions canceled by the provider will be rescheduled or credited
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrival does not extend session time
