About Riki
I am a Chef of 20 years. I have done a little bit of everything in the Culinary field. I have owned a restaurant, catering company, in-home bakery. I have taught classes at a local college as well as I have made extraordinary cakes and have done competition work in the past. I ran one of Virginia's largest racetracks food and beverage department.

I love teaching people to cook. I have a unique laid-back comical style of teaching. I feel in order to tap into one’s mind, you must make learning fun and enjoyable. If it becomes a chore, your mind will only absorb part of what you're learning. I was taught that if you do what you love for a living, you will never work another day in your life. I’m also open-minded and encourage students to teach me any ways they found to be easier or more efficient.
