About Arianna
I am currently a medical student at Melbourne University, where I am deeply committed to both my studies and my passion for education. In 2021, I achieved an ATAR of 98.75 and graduated from Girls' Grammar. Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of tutoring students across various age groups, from Grade 2 through to Grade 12. While my medical school commitments and internships have led me to step back from my previous tutoring roles, I have chosen to continue offering private tutoring, which provides the flexibility I need. I am pleased to offer tutoring in Chinese, English, and French, drawing on my experience and dedication to help students reach their full potential.

Before the trial lesson, I will take some time to review students' previous test reports and ask a few questions to better understand their academic background. Following this, there will be an entry assessment tailored to different levels. This approach allows me to gain insight into where we can begin our journey together and how I can best support their growth. Trial lesson: Will be held in 30 minutes, helping students to set up their goals. Grade 2 to Grade 5: My focus during these formative years is on building a solid foundation, particularly in preparation for Year 3 and Year 5 NAPLAN. I emphasize developing students' mathematical reasoning and awareness, while also familiarizing them with the Victorian NAPLAN system. To support their growth, I will create personalized test papers that align with their learning needs and help them excel. Grade 6: Grade 6 marks a significant transition from earlier studies. As students approach Grade 7, they face new and exciting challenges, such as the introduction of algebra in Mathematics and different essay types in English. My goal is to guide them through this pivotal stage, ensuring they are well-prepared for the academic demands ahead. Grade 7 to Grade 9: At this stage, my focus shifts to preparing for a variety of key assessments, including NAPLAN, AEAS, ACER, and Edutest. I will help students understand the nuances of each exam and assist them in identifying the path that best suits their aspirations, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. Pre-VCE and VCE: For Pre-VCE and VCE students, I concentrate on enhancing their efficiency and proficiency in Chemistry, Mathematical Methods (MM), Specialist Mathematics (SM), and English. My primary responsibilities include crafting comprehensive lesson plans, developing Key Assessment Tasks (KAT), and providing targeted academic support. Through personalized guidance, I aim to equip students with the techniques and confidence needed to excel in their VCE studies.
