About Lama
Be prepared. Know my material as much as you possibly can. Know the different ways in which I can teach the material. By the third time I teach it, you should have a better feel for it. By the fifth time, you can feel a bit cocky since it is so familiar, but the key is to keep learning about what it is that I am teaching and don’t take for granted that what worked in the past is going to work now, so you’ll need to . . . . Be flexible. My students might be at a certain grade level, but that doesn’t always mean that they will understand the material in the same way that previous students did. Let the students guide you as to how fast or how slow you go. Push them, but don’t pass them up. Sometimes I’ll have to find a new approach to teaching a concept and it might be right on the spot. Sometimes I’ll have to throw out today’s lesson for something entirely different. Sometimes I’ll see a teachable moment and that’s all that matters. And sometimes I’ll find yourself bent over backwards by being too flexible and I’ll have to snap back to focus on what your mission is.

English
I know my subject very well. I know how to teach quite well. I love my students. I love teaching. I love grammar and literature. Nevertheless, I returned to college evening classes to learn even more. I attended department meetings and actually talked about teaching English. I went to workshops and in-service meetings to improve my skills.I learned from my mistakes. I always accepted student opinion and interpretation. Sometimes, I changed my interpretation of a poem when a student had a better one. If another teacher had a better strategy for teaching a concept, I stole it — no, no, sorry, I adopted it.
Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the teacher
Lama is a very good teacher at teaching the English language. I recommend her as she is always objective but with a twinkle in her eye. She has taught me so much and above all she has taught me that it is never too late to learn another language. God luck everyone️
