I take mental health and mental health education very seriously. Throughout my entire degree I maintained that every person should have access to mental healthcare and that mental healthcare should be taken just as seriously as physical healthcare. I am very passionate about psychology and the world of mental health in general. I have learned most of the traditional therapeutic techniques and am therefore comfortable with most aspects of therapy. However, my favorite theories and methods of practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Humanistic/Holistic approaches.
