My lessons are expansive and challenge your perspective on dance. We will learn fundamentals and also move towards integrating dance in a way where we feel ownership over our bodies and a deep understanding of the movement we are engaging in. It’s important to honor the basics and create space for your improvisational exploratory nature. This lesson will be all-encompassing and you’ll leave a more well-rounded dancer.
