About Josh
My name is Josh and I love math and how it helps people. I’m formerly a tutor at a math tutoring center in Reno. There I helped students with homework, tests, and grade level concepts to help them in their classes. I much prefer helping individuals and helping people one on one to better understand math and make future classes easier. I have a customer service background and make it a point to communicate about goals and deadlines that are important to the student and parent.

I have two years of experience tutoring math in a group setting and am now privately tutoring. I enjoy working one on one with students to help develop fundamental skills and help them succeed in their classes. I’m available during after school times and recommend that I work with the student between 60 to 90 minutes a session. I offer online tutoring or traveling to the student. I am very passionate about algebra, algebra 2, pre calculus, calculus, and geometry. I would be more than happy to help with homework or course work as needed.
