About Krystal
Kia ora my name is Krystal Roberts and I am 29 years old who and I am of New Zealand Maori descent. I have a proven record of building positive relationships with our tauira (students), whanau (families), hapori (communities) and staff members too. My skills and strengths include having strong knowledge/fluency in Te Reo Maori (Maori language) me ona Tikanga Maori (Maori customs) both orally and written. My passions are being involved in playing and coaching in a range of sports including Netball, gaming, exercising and most importantly investing my time to support the youth who are disenfranchised in the education system and also society in general.

My teaching methodology and my techniques are student-centred approach. Majority of my lessons are mainly integrated and project-focused that are holistic and tailor-made to accomodate to the students. I have been teaching both in ECE and primary for 5 years.
