About Kanyo
I graduated from Rome La Sapienza in Languages and Literature. I am a Chinese teacher and a freelance translator / interpreter. Chinese mother tongue and excellent knowledge of Italian, English, French, German and Japanese, I also have a medium knowledge of Spanish and Latin. Two years of experience as a Chinese language teacher for foreigners and teacher of foreign languages for the Chinese. I give Chinese language lessons at all levels.

Knowing well the linguistics and the history of the evolution of the Chinese language, I explain to the students from a diachronic point of view the linguistic phenomena in Mandarin, which are never explained on the book / manual. Speaking Mandarin plus two dialects, I try to introduce the student to the Chinese language as it is in China, where there is not only Mandarin but a more complicated linguistic situation than one imagines. I organize lessons according to the student's goal and his interests. As a writer and poet I also offer lessons in the metrics of traditional poetry.

Studio cinese con Kanyo dal giugno 2018, e trovo il suo metodo estremamente efficace perché spiega la grammatica in modo chiaro e facile da ricordare; e in un ottimo italiano "racconta" i caratteri in modo da renderli interessanti, legati alla cultura, all'attualità e alle tradizioni cinesi, è molto attento alle difficoltà e anche agli interessi dello studente che segue, se serve ripete le cose più volte anche a distanza di tempo. E quindi alla fine è impossibile non migliorare!
