About Larissa
Hi, I'm Larissa! I am a 25 year old woman and completely in love with the discoveries that studies bring, I am also very enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge.
I'm cheerful and selfless, but I'm also serious and focused while writing my classes. I graduated for three years in Literature - Portuguese, English and Literature and currently I attend Master's classes in Modern Foreign Literature, looking for sources of inspiration for my dissertation.
I'm dedicated to what I crave and very determined. I like to debate with my students and exchange knowledge with them, as I always consider that I have to learn from each of the people I interact with. I put myself in complete opposition to the hierarchy within education and I try to pass that on to my students whenever I can, I want them to see me as an equal.
I know how to find the best way to conduct my work even in cases of adversity and I really enjoy what I do.

My initiatives with students are:
- Develop interpretation skills in prose.
- Assess interpretive skills.
- Develop interpretation skills in poetry. (Use of metaphors, neologisms, linguistic variations, among others)
- Develop the habit of reading.
The material is assembled according to the student's needs and directed to his individual interests and goals.
All classes are taught via skype (I also answer on other platforms, whichever you prefer).
I have a degree in Languages - Portuguese, English and Literature and a Master's (to be concluded) in Modern Foreign Literatures, I speak fluent English and, due to the excellent teaching I received during graduation, I have an innovative method, I promote debates , discussions and I do not work with hierarchy in education. I like the relationship of equals between student and teacher, my means are constructivist and I try through this to transform learning into a more fun and less boring process.
Notes: My classes are aimed at high school students, but I also make myself available to give classes to students from other school levels.
