About Federico
My experience as an instructor starts in 2010 in the gym. Since 2012 I teach swimming and fitness in the water. In 2018 I graduate in Motor Sciences. I can offer effective training for every type of client. The attention to the details and the objectives of the customer is one of my strengths

Before being able to create a personalized training it is important to know the clients goals and then to devise a possible solution taking into account important factors such as age, sex, work done, etc. The next step is represented by the actual training where my task consists not only in proposing the exercises but to educate the client to the correct carrying out of the technical gesture.
