About Kieran
I was born and raised in Scotland and I am 100% Scottish, yet I have been told that I have a strong English accent strangely enough. This gives me an edge when it comes to tutoring, since the Scot’s dialect and the speed we talk at makes it sound like a totally different language. I want to tutor because I wish to impart my knowledge of the English language as a whole, and also the various dialects that it encompasses. I feel fulfilled knowing that tutoring English is assisting refugees and migrants and helping them to adapt to life in the UK.

I understand that learning a new language takes time and patience. My lessons will be conducted online, and will typically last for one hour. No prior experience needed and any age range is welcome. I will ensure that each student excels in speaking, writing and pronunciation of the English language. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to grammar, so there will be a focus on this in particular, as it is one of the most important aspects, since it is a necessity when applying for jobs etc.
