About Susan
I’ve been teaching Spanish for 14 years, both in classrooms and one-on-one, and I still get excited about helping someone finally get a tricky grammar rule or express themselves with confidence. I studied abroad in Madrid, I travel regularly to Spain, and I bring all of that real-world language experience into every session. You’re not just getting a tutor—you’re getting a seasoned educator who knows how to meet students where they are, challenge them in the right ways, and actually make progress stick.

I know what it’s like to feel lost in a sea of conjugations and rules. That’s why I break Spanish down in a way that feels approachable, not overwhelming. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, your pace, and your learning style. You’ll build skills and confidence—without the pressure or the pretense.
