As a math and econ major at Grinnell College, I have developed a tutoring approach that emphasizes problem-solving and critical thinking. I like to encourage my students to engage with the material through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and hands-on activities. My goal is to help them not only understand the concepts but also see the relevance of math in their daily lives.
A typical lesson plan starts with a brief review of the previous session's material before diving into new topics.
