About Péter
After graduating from secondary school of music, I completed my studies in classical guitar at the Faculty of Music of the University of Debrecen. During my university years, I began teaching guitar, both as a private tutor and as a visiting music teacher at elementary art schools. During this time, I also became familiar with various popular music styles, and thanks to my classical background, I found myself particularly drawn to fingerstyle guitar—whether it be jazz, pop, or country.
With seven years of teaching experience and a certified degree in music performance, I offer guitar and piano lessons for both beginners and advanced students. Each session is tailored to the student’s needs and learning style, combining professional expertise with flexibility—whether the goal is playing for joy, getting extra help, or preparing for auditions.
I have successfully prepared students for various challenges, ranging from the entrance exam of secondary schools of arts to auditions for theatre performance. That said, most of my students are passionate hobbyists—some want to play in a band, others simply wish to immerse themselves in the joy of music by learning their favorite songs or film scores. I wholeheartedly encourage them all.
Online lessons available, and I’ve developed strong experience in this format since the Covid pandemic. In addition to private teaching, I’ve taught in both public and foundation schools.

In the 3rd district, with 6 years of teaching experience, I give guitar and piano lessons for beginners and advanced students as a certified musician. In addition to striving for the highest level of expertise, the 60-minute sessions take place flexibly and in a style that adapts to the student, whether it is music for pleasure, tutoring or preparation.
I have successfully prepared students for various challenges, from the admission of the Premier Vocational High School to the Rocksuli casting of the Madách Theater. Of course, in addition to these, most of my students are hobbyists who would like to play in a band, or who just want to immerse themselves in the love of music, learning their favorite songs and soundtracks. I can only encourage them too.
The occasions are mainly individual lessons, but with siblings or friends, small group education is also available at a more efficient price.
For new individual students, I recommend a 40-minute trial lesson for HUF 5,000, after which we can discuss a regular time for the 60-minute, HUF 8,500/hour (34,000/month) lessons. Feel free to reach out!
