About Jorge
I’m a professional musician, producer, and instructor with over 20 years of experience playing guitar and bass. I’ve spent years performing live, recording in studios, and working with artists across different styles, which has shaped how I approach both music and teaching.
I studied at Berklee College of Music, where I built a strong foundation in theory, technique, and modern playing, but most of what I teach comes from real-world experience—being on stage, in sessions, and figuring out what actually makes someone a solid, confident player.
As a teacher, I keep things practical and relaxed. I focus on helping you understand what you’re playing, not just memorize it. Whether it’s technique, tone, groove, or learning songs you love, I try to make every lesson feel useful and easy to apply.
At the end of the day, I just enjoy helping people get better and feel more comfortable with their instrument.
