About Leandro
My principal objective is to connect with the student's needs. Sometimes I can be hard pushing to achieve goals but most of the times I consider for my students that the main goal is to have fun and love for the music.
A detail of my classes is that in addition to being a teacher, I consider myself a personal trainer, I will always be helping you to keep your spirits, attention and concentration to continue growing.
Methodology:
I guide the classes according to the level, style or search of the student, usually the first half of the class is dedicated to studying the technique, where I will be attentive to the correct placement, execution, relaxation that as a result will give us a good sound, and above all over time I realised that it is also a way to connect with the guitar to concentrate as well as warm up. So little by little we will write our routine where we will already be working on basic rhythmic aspects.
The second half we dedicate ourselves to playing trying to put into practice what we learned about the technique with the sticks or study other concerns of the student that can be a theme, harmony, falsetas, improvisation, or even other styles, etc. always obviously taking into account the search or interest of the student.
Almost 20 years of experience as a guitarist and a composer, with performances around Europe, South America. I have more than fifteen years of experience as a teacher and I gave classes in many different music school in Madrid, of many styles of guitar, flamenco, classical and modern.
First years of academic training:
"Conservatorio Nacional Juan José Castro" (Buenos Aires, Argentina) / classical guitar and composition
"National University Institute of Argentina" (IUNA) / composition.
Jazz studies with contemporary master guitarists:
"Walter Malosetti", "Alejandro Moro" and "Ernesto Snajer" among others.
Flamenco training with:
"Enrique de Córdoba" and "David Amaya" (producer of musical projects with artists of great importance such as "La Niña Pastori", "El Cigala", former member of "La Barbería del Sur")
- at the Amor de Dios Academy with "Entri"
- with Maestro "Enrique Vargas" (Doctor of Music and one of the most respected teachers in Madrid today)
- José Jiménez "El Viejin"
He leads the group RASA World Fusion, with which he has performed at numerous festivals such as Estival (Cuenca), the 14th Chiclana International Festival of Ethnic Music (FIMEC), and the 29th Lillo Cánovas International Music Week (San Vicente del Raspeig)… He has been a member of and collaborated on various projects, including the Raúl Mannola Sextet, La Jose, Bogi Jui “Sonidos de la Tierra,” Colectivo Estimulo, Sacromonte, De cobre, Coco Malangao, De mar a mar, with whom he has recorded several albums and toured throughout Europe and the world (France, Hungary, Germany, Argentina, Romania, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Finland, etc.) and with whom he has performed at the Exit Festival (Novi Sad – Serbia), the Cordoba Guitar Festival (Spain), Percumon, the Ingolstadt Bürgerfest, the Babel Sound Festival (Hungary), Sepsiszentgyörgy – Múzeumkert (Transylvania – Romania), and the Aszk Festival (Szeged – Romania). Riomundi (Córdoba, Spain), Torreón del Cante Festival (Málaga, Spain)…

Hi, I'm Leandro Bianchi. As a professional musician, composer, and educator with over two decades of international experience and having successfully guided over a hundred students, I have developed an optimised teaching system. In my lessons, we don't limit ourselves to abstract theory or repeating monotonous exercises; we form a team where the main goal is to let the music flow and ensure you enjoy real progress from day one.
I act as your "Musical Personal Trainer." At the end of each session, we will design a detailed, clear routine fully tailored to your schedule and weekly availability. You will know exactly what to practise when you sit down at home, saving time and guaranteeing that you progress up to three times faster than learning on your own.
A PROGRAMME TAILORED TO YOUR ACTUAL LEVEL:
Beginner Level: Designed for those picking up the instrument for the very first time. You will learn the ideal posture, basic coordination, essential rhythms, and fingerings from absolute zero. The focus is 100% practical: you will be playing your first songs, chords, or flamenco forms ("palos") within the first few weeks.
Intermediate Level: Perfect for breaking through the typical plateau. We will work on finger agility and independence, music theory fully applied to the instrument, understanding rhythm, harmony, and the foundations of improvisation in your chosen style.
Advanced Level (Professional / Mastery): Aimed at high-performance technical specialisation. We will cover modern harmony, composition, arranging, specific preparation for studio recordings or live performances, and developing your own identity and groove ("soniquete") as a guitarist.
MY SPECIALITY: THE "YOGA OF THE RIGHT HAND"
My main differentiating pillar is teaching a smart technique. Through what I call the "Yoga of the Right Hand," we focus on maximum muscle relaxation, biomechanical efficiency of movement, and active injury prevention (such as wrist pain or tendonitis). You will learn to master the instrument in an organic and healthy way, achieving optimal sound projection with the least amount of physical effort.
Styles of your choice:
● Traditional & Modern Flamenco Guitar: Alzapúa techniques, picado, tremolo, complex strumming ("rasgueos"), and mastering the "compás" (tangos, soleás, Bulerías, alegrías).
● Classical Guitar: Reading, expressiveness, repertoire, and academic technique.
● Modern & Popular Music: Rock, Jazz, Blues, Bossa Nova, and World Folklore.
