"Admittedly, I sometimes spend too much time talking about specific tuning methods during the first session. I bring my BM credentials to every interaction to ensure your technique is solid.
We work on strumming patterns and reading tabs to build your musical vocabulary. You receive a practice module with every lesson to keep momentum. This helps you stay consistent between our meetings.
I find that this method keeps the process enjoyable. You will definitely leave feeling more capable than when you arrived."

"Do you find that your practice sessions feel a bit aimless lately? Having spent 13 years playing and teaching, I have learned that even the most advanced learners need a clear path forward. My journey started with a BM from Concordia, which gave me a deep appreciation for the technical side of the instrument.
I have helped 331 students refine their acoustic and electric technique, whether they are returning to the guitar after a long break or are self-taught players looking for real structure. I love helping people bridge the gap between just knowing a few tabs and actually understanding how the music flows. My approach is very casual, as I prefer to treat our time together like a jam session where we happen to learn new things.
