About Amber
My interest in guitar began when I first explored acoustic music during my school years. I was fascinated by how simple chord patterns could create beautiful melodies and rhythms. This curiosity inspired me to study guitar more seriously and later complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance.
During the past 8 years, I have taught students who want to learn guitar for personal enjoyment and creative development. Some learners are beginners exploring the instrument for the first time, while others want to improve their rhythm and technique. I focus on patient teaching and clear explanations so students feel comfortable learning step by step.
Outside teaching, I enjoy practicing guitar and exploring different musical styles. I often study songs from various genres to understand how musicians create unique sounds and rhythms. Teaching guitar allows me to share my passion for music while helping students build confidence in their playing abilities.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students feel comfortable with the instrument while building strong musical habits. Beginners begin by learning the basic parts of the guitar, correct finger placement, and simple strumming patterns. I guide students through easy chords and rhythm exercises so they can begin playing simple songs early in their learning journey. These early lessons help students understand how sound is produced and how rhythm shapes music.
As learners gain confidence, lessons expand to include chord transitions, scale practice, and more detailed rhythm patterns. I explain how timing, finger movement, and strumming technique influence the sound produced by the guitar. Students practice moving smoothly between chords while maintaining steady rhythm. These exercises help learners develop coordination between both hands and improve their musical timing.
Learning guitar requires patience and steady practice. I encourage students to focus on small improvements and practice short sections of songs carefully. Over time, learners develop stronger finger control and greater confidence while playing music. My goal is to help students enjoy the guitar while steadily improving their technical ability.
