Brian taught me guitar for over five years and gave me the gift of music. His lesson structure allowed for in depth learning of scales, modes, and the circle of fifths. In addition to his knowledge of music theory Brian is excellent at stoking creativity. I learned how to solo and improvise within scales and modes, a skill I still impress people with to this day. In addition to these great lessons I learned about song structure, music composition, physical techniques, finger picking, and various unique styles of play. Brian puts students first and is also just super chill to hang out with.
