About Gabriella
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance and have taught guitar for more than nine years. My academic background provided both technical fluency and the theoretical grounding needed to explain complex musical concepts in ways students of any level can grasp easily. Over the years, I have worked with beginners, intermediate players, and advanced musicians seeking refinement. This experience has shown me how to adapt my methods to individual learning styles, ensuring each student finds both challenge and enjoyment in their lessons. What drives my teaching is the belief that guitar playing should spark both discipline and creativity. I aim to nurture confidence, self-expression, and perseverance, guiding students to not only improve musically but also grow personally through their connection with the instrument.

My guitar lessons begin with the fundamentals: correct posture, strumming accuracy, and finger placement. Students quickly gain confidence by mastering open chords, scales, and rhythmic patterns that provide the foundation for nearly every style of modern and classical guitar playing.
As students progress, lessons expand into improvisation and ear training. We explore how to create solos, understand modes, and build phrases that feel natural. By blending theory with practice, students learn not only what to play but also why certain notes and rhythms work together.
Performance and musical expression are central to my teaching. Whether preparing for gigs, exams, or casual playing, I emphasize stage presence, dynamic control, and stylistic awareness. Each student leaves with skills to communicate their musical ideas clearly and confidently in any setting.
