About Zahid
I have 25 years teaching experience. And I am Alliance Francaise certified. I started teaching there back in 2019. In addition, I have held many concerts. My other work experiences include PACC and several schools in addition to other work.

As a tutor, I believe in building strong foundations while keeping lessons engaging and practical. I combine technical training (scales, finger exercises, rhythm work) with creative exploration (improvisation, composition, ear training). My approach is highly student-centered—I adapt my methods based on each learner’s goals, whether it’s classical performance, contemporary styles, songwriting, or exam preparation. I also integrate theory with practice, so students not only play but truly understand the music. I like to combine theory and playing through homework exercises.
