About Axel
I have been playing guitar for 8 years and this year I have completed my bachelor's degree in music in London with guitar as my main instrument. During my time as a music student, I have been through most of popular music; jazz, pop, rock, blues, funk and fusion. Otherwise, I have a good knowledge of guitar setup and can help with string change and intonation so that you get the most out of the instrument. In addition to teaching, I study sound and music production in Oslo.

Students are free to learn what they want, whether it is to learn their favorite songs, music theory, technique or to record and produce music on their own. I'm here to impart knowledge and principles that make music understandable, easy and fun.
I was self-taught in guitar for many years before I started my education in music. The beginning can often be frustrating without the right guidance, and it is easy to discover gaps in your music knowledge.
Therefore, I have a strong focus on the right approach and adaptation of the teaching depending on the level of the student.

Axel helped me through my University Course, without him I would have struggled so much! Whenever a new theory concept was introduced or a new guitar technique, Axel was always willing to help out other people and he is one of the best Guitar players I know! I would recommend Axel as a Guitar Player and a Guitar Teacher to anyone as he possesses knowledge in different styles of music and he is very patient with the learner. You will not be disappointed if you had lessons and as I said before he helped me through Music University and I couldn't have done it without him! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced player Axel is the teacher for you!
