I am a Guitarist, Music Director & Composer, Producer, Trekker, Fitness Enthusiast and a massive Guinness lover. I believe in spirituality and nature. Everything in existence has it's own sound and rhythm. What are we if not nature? Music lives in each and everyone of us, we just need to feel the flow.
Sharing my knowledge means a lot to me. Seeing my students play better than they ever thought they could, brings happiness to me. Just like the legendary artists, my students have inspired me to do more in the past. You too get to be one.
There will be tests, but no marking, there will be hard work, but no force, there will be passion and no giving up. There is nothing you cannot do. It's time to learn to communicate using a piece of wood.

My legal name is Nishit Modi, but everyone calls me Nimo. I am a certified Guitarist, Music Director & Composer, and Producer. I have been living with and around guitars for more than 6 years now. My music education journey began in 2016, at Anthem Institute of Instrumental Music, Surat. On the completion of level 5 at Anthem, I shifted to Mumbai in 2017, to continue my education in Professional Performance in Western Contemporary Music having guitar as my principal instrument from a renowned Indian music school, The True School of Music, where I was taught by musicians who were heavily involved in the diversified music scene of Mumbai. Upon the completion of the course in 2020, I got myself cleared with level 7 certificate (Equivalent to bachelor's degree or first year of master's degree depending on country) of Music Director & Composer examinations conducted by MESC (Media & Entertainment Skill Development).
I prefer a combination of online and offline classes depending on the content and practice sessions and of course location. I believe in developing a strong interest and bond with music and art at a spiritual level. Connection with oneself is the key to explore the art. The exercises I provide, help children and adults understand reasons behind why certain things exist in guitar and why they are practicing the same. My lesson's focus is heavily based on guitar techniques, music theory (and their use), music history and physical exercises that are required to play effortlessly. Moreover, guitar lesson and content shared with you completely depends on how much knowledge you have about this instrument. We start getting better from the point you are at now.

Trust me, nothing is more fun than learning anything in a systematic manner. Discipline, patience and practice is a road to fun that will make home in you.
