About George
I have been dabbling in languages in many years, having taken Spanish 5AP in school and having Spanish family members gives me an edge. I have helped students raise their grades 1-2 grade points easily in the past. Languages have always been my passion and I love helping others increase their skills! It's so fulfilling to see others gain native-like use of their language of choice.

My teaching methods use native resources to inundate the student with both audio and visual contact with the language. The more one looks at and listens to a language, the higher their skill gets in being able to parse out words and grammar on their own.
I like to use digital flashcards that can be studied anytime, whether PC or Mobile. This leverages any free time like waiting for school busses, or appointments or elevators to get a few reviews in so you can spend less time reviewing when leisure time comes up!
My methods allow you to pinpoint what you need more practice on and also affords you a native-like ability to know which words to use like por and para which is notoriously difficult for students to gain a grasp of.
I pull from resources which are interesting to the student and what their goals in life are. For example, a student who is in the medical field will receive more medical terminology if they wish to have an advantage on the job.

The first free lesson will be spent discussing the likes/dislikes of the student and their strengths and weaknesses. From this I can create a lesson plan tailored to each student that is both interesting and fulfilling to them!
