Hi
My name is Hannah, I live In Glasgow & London. I’m a qualified Vinyasa yoga teacher offering zoom classes from the comfort of my living room to yours. My classes are for everyone whether you are are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi.
When you join me on the mat you can expect creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness. You'll move and feel liberated while improving strength, stability and balance 🤍
