I immigrated to the USA at 14 with little English and, by 16, earned a 5 on the AP European History exam while being named High School Swimmer of the Year by the local newspaper. I know what it takes to succeed academically and tailor my lesson plans to each student's unique needs. I have years of tutoring experience, including working with neurodivergent children. I also worked with minority children as an Upward Bound instructor. Currently, I work full-time as an instructional designer at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, specializing in course design and innovative teaching techniques to enhance student engagement. I am committed to helping every student thrive.
