I believe choosing a teacher can affect a person's passion and belief. A teacher can make a student love music more or lead to frustration and disappointment. That's why I always try my best to find the newest teaching methods and at the same time be a friend to my students. Music is just not about talent. It's also about hard work. And I believe with hard work and friendship I can help you achieve your dreams.

Find out more about Aysan

  • When did you first develop a passion for music and your favorite instrument?

I grew up in an artistic family where music and art were integral to our daily lives. By the age of 10, my passion for music was ignited, inspired by watching musical movies.
  • Is there a particular type of music or artist that you listen to on a loop without it driving you crazy?

My favorite genres of music are country, pop, jazz, classical and flamenco.
My favorite artists are Taylor Swift, beatles, queen, Vicente Amigo, Paco de Lucia, El Viejin and many more
  • Explain to us the most difficult or riveting course you could personally give to a student of music.

I haven't encountered much difficulty in teaching because I believe people learn at different speeds and hold different beliefs. However, it becomes challenging for me when a student doesn't trust me and my work. Despite this, I always strive to understand them and earn their trust.
I also emphasize the importance of consistent practice throughout the week for better results and continuous improvement among my students.
  • What do you think is the most complicated instrument to master and why?

In my opinion, the violin requires years of practice to produce a good sound while playing and avoid sounding out of tune.
  • What are your keys to success?

I never gave up, and I never will. Consistency is crucial. Becoming a musician requires time and effort; it's not something that happens overnight. That's why I've been playing music for 16 years now.
  • Name three musicians you dream of meeting in your favourite bar in the early hours of the morning. Explain why.

Taylor Swift and Vicente Amigo. I would love to receive advice on songwriting from both of them.
  • Provide a valuable anecdote related to music or your days at music school.

A couple of years ago, I worked tirelessly to enter a guitar competition, but I faced failure, leaving me deeply disappointed. I recall the profound sadness I felt that day. However, I refused to give up. I continued practicing, improving my skills, and the following year, I successfully secured a spot in the competition.
Despite my belief that the judgments were unfair, the initial rejection led me to connect with a fantastic teacher from LA. This experience exposed me to new and improved techniques on the guitar, contributing significantly to my overall improvement.
  • What are the little touches that make you a Superprof in music?

I studied music at university, completed a pedagogy course (music teacher training), and have been teaching since 2017. These experiences enable me to understand individuals with diverse music-related goals. My academic background helps me teach technically correct and professionally.
Also with my experience in playing various guitar styles, I can tailor my instruction to the specific style each student prefers.
