Hi I'm Cynthia who is a yoga addict and also certified yoga teacher.
- My aim is to create a supportive and aligned practice that promotes physical well-being and releases tension from daily life
- Experienced in teaching vinyasa, hatha, yoga therpy, breathing exercises and deep stretching for all adults
- In a way to share the joy of practising yoga as a friend. Everyone yoga guru should be yourself :)
