About BEYZA
Hello,
I'm Beyza. I'm 24 years old. I've been doing yoga for about 4 years. I started doing yoga on YouTube during the pandemic. After advancing my practice on my own for a while, I received my 280TTC Yoga Teacher Training at Kioo Retreat Center in April 2023. I gave private lessons in Bodrum in the summer of 2023. Doing yoga every day is very good for my body and soul.

Before the lesson, the student's level and yoga background are reported to the teacher and the lesson is prepared accordingly. Classes last 1 hour. It is not necessary for the student to have a yoga mat, but I recommend that you get one so that you can do the yoga poses more comfortably and effectively during the lesson.
