About Isabella
Hi there! I recently moved to Bath to teach yoga after completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal. I offer Hatha which can be tailored to suit all levels of student. I have found private lessons to be the most popular service I offer, either 1-1 or in a small group. Hatha yoga particularly focuses on alignment, strengthening and flexibility. Thus, it is perfect for beginners who need to bridge that gap between home and the yoga studio by building up some confidence with private lessons!

Hatha yoga particularly focuses on alignment, strengthening and flexibility. Thus, it is perfect for beginners who need to bridge that gap between home and the yoga studio by building up some confidence with private lessons! Typically the lessons follow a formula of a short meditation, warm up, sun salutations, asanas (a series of poses), stretching and a finishing period of final relaxation.
