About Ece
I am a graduate of Ege University Biochemistry and now I am a PhD student. I am a Mindfullnes based meditation instructor. I have been teaching beginner and intermediate yoga classes individually and as a group for 6 years. If you want to start yoga, do not stop, let's act together :) After my classes, it makes me very happy to hear that they feel happy from my students.

My classes take an average of 1 hour. I also have breathing exercises and meditations. I have flows suitable for all levels and all ages. I am working on relaxation and strengthening. First of all, we set our breath and prepare our body with gentle movements, then we start 1 hour flowing like water :) At the end of the lesson, we can talk about what you feel and what it means.
