I am a hard working high school student, dancer, and yoga girl. I have always wanted to give private lessons as I want people to feel relaxed and relieved in this world that we are living and I can assure you I can bring you to that peace.

My teaching method is to start out by deep breathing and setting the mood and tone for a peaceful session. Then we lean into some stretching and more intense breathing work with poses. It depends on the class if it is more up beat then we work with weights and energetic music and do some breathing and stretching.
