- Ability to plan, collect materials and deliver the lessons in the class.
- Capability to recognize and nurture the creative potential of each student through interesting and innovative teaching methods.
- Ability to foster a healthy learning atmosphere in class, having the capacity to arrange the competitions and assess the performance of the students.
- Capacity to enthuse discipline in the students by developing their interest in the classroom session.
- Ability to respond to the queries in a spontaneous manner.
- Ability to prepare questionnaires and assignments for students at various levels.

Being a literature teacher I try to engage the students in healthy debates, group discussions and extempore on current social issues to sharpen their analytical capability and language skill and at the same time indulge myself with a sort of an informal evaluation of the whole class at one go. As a trained teacher, I want to employ all my skills to create a well-disciplined environment where the students can strive for excellence.
