I am currently a culinary arts student in my second year. The reason I decided to teach these subjects is because I love them, and if I could help other students experience my knowledge, then it will be of great use to them, and I could still keep in touch with my favorite subjects.

I have dyslexia so I don't expect my students to mug up all the lessons. That's my way approach. I prefer my students to understand the concept and know to use those concept in different situations. I believe students should know the concepts and principles behind all the topics not just study for exam.
