About Riddhi
I am Riddhi Jain, 19yrs old. Glad to have found yoga at such a young age. Its knowledge has expanded my mind and helped me understand the existence and its purpose at a deeper level. I believe that every person should at least once in a lifetime read, understand and practice this beautiful art of living. Yoga for life is like adding salt to food. The experience becomes much more better/tastier. (I hope you understand what I mean) So that is why I want to spread this knowledge. Thank you :)
