About Ruchi
I hold a Master's degree in English. With a passion for research and academics, I'm eager to use my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the world through teaching and research. In my Master's program, I specialized in American literature, British literature, Indian writings in English and Translation, Literary movements, Approaches to literary criticism and Critical theory. I have a strong research background, and I am proficient in a variety of research methods. I am currently seeking a teaching position in English. I am interested in working in a collaborative environment where I can continue to learn and grow with my students. I am also passionate about mentoring and teaching undergraduate students, and I am eager to share my love of literature with others. I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be successful in a research and academic career. I am eager to start my next chapter and make a difference in the world.

To foster a love of literature, I'll create a dynamic and engaging classroom. I'll use active learning strategies, encourage critical thinking, and emphasize the historical and cultural context of the text. By providing opportunities for creative expression and collaborative learning, I'll inspire students to appreciate the power of the written world which is hidden in words. I'll apply the student-centered approach in my classes. I expect my audience to be of secondary level or higher classes i.e. (college-going students or 10-12th class school-going students)
