Lessons depend on your needs. The teaching plan and duration of the classes depend on your availability. I like making my students feel like they are not in a class, so I try to use interests, hobbies or my student's profession as much as possible in the lessons, thus making sure there is at least some interesting thing to talk about in the lesson.
