About Maeve
I am a senior in high school and have been playing piano and singing for 11 years now. I was in choir from 9th grade to 11th. My freshman year I was in concert choir, then I moved to advanced choir my sophomore year, and then eventually made it (by auditioning) into chamber choir. I stopped this year because of my schedule. I have no degree in music or teaching, but have experience teaching my little sisters how to sing in a 2-part harmony as well as how to play the piano a bit. I am, like everyone, trying to make a few extra bucks while also doing something that I love, and that will help the generations around me.

I am a patient teacher who is willing to use ways you like learning to help you as an individual. I am a senior in high school so chances are, we are probably close in age. Meaning I know what it’s like to have people not respect or use your ideas. I don’t ever want to be that way. Everyone learns differently, so if you are a student that knows what works for you, great! Let’s do it. I am willing to make slideshows, video tutorials, in depth explanation documents, etc.
I love to see students succeeding by learning the way they like. However, I will want to see that you are making progress doing what you say works. If you are not, I will step in more and have a higher level of control over exercises and technique. I can’t wait to work with you! I promise I will make it as engaging and fun as possible!
