About Isaiah
I have a bubbly personality, but I am also respectful towards my peers and especially my students. I am very optimistic when it comes to music, and the reason why I’d like to teach is that I want to pass down my knowledge to those who want to have fun in a social setting or in a professional manner. For me, I play music because it is my passion, and it gives me a sense of purpose in life, hence why I would like to pass my knowledge down. In my last year of the music degree, my previous tutor told me that you’ll never beat music, and throughout the whole degree, I have learned that there is always something to learn through music, as well as life in general, which makes the experience a lot more fun.

During my 3 years studying for a music degree, I gained knowledge in music theory, performance, and collaboration, which I can share with you. With 12 years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist, I have participated in many collaborations and look forward to more. I primarily play guitar, my favorite instrument, but can also play drums, bass, and piano. While I have mainly performed rather than taught, I completed and passed the Music Education paper in my second year, and I know I am patient with my students. My typical lesson length is 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the price.
